Once an order has been successfully placed and payment confirmed, we do not offer full refunds under any circumstances.
Please carefully check your cart, product specifications, quantity, and shipping details before completing your order.
Refunds—after deducting applicable cancellation fees—will only be processed back to the original payment method within 15 business days. Delays may occur depending on your bank or payment provider.
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch, typically within 24–48 hours of placing the order.
Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
A 2% deduction will be made from the total order value to cover payment gateway and transaction charges.
Shipping is free. No logistics deductions will be made.
